Wi-Fi network and password are provided privately to confirmed guests in your check-in instructions.

Check-In: After 4:00 PM
Check-Out: Before 10:00 AM
Guests must check in at the gate to receive parking passes.

  • Guests must check in at the gate to receive parking passes.
  • Two vehicles may park in the driveway.
  • Additional vehicles must use guest parking as directed by security.
  • The owner is not responsible if vehicles are towed.
🧴 Starter Supplies
Starter quantities of the following are provided:
  • Toilet paper
  • Paper towels
  • Soap
For longer stays, guests may need to purchase additional supplies.
📋 House Rules
  • Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM
  • No parties or events.
  • No pets.
  • No smoking or vaping.
  • Please respect neighbors and the community — no loud noise or music.
  • Maximum occupancy must be followed.
  • A $500 deep-cleaning fee may be charged for party, pet, or smoking violations.

Solana Resort is a gated community with resort-style amenities for relaxation, recreation, and family fun.

🏊 Private Pool & Spa
  • Pool heat is $40 per night.
  • Pool heat must be requested at least 48 hours in advance.
  • The pool heater operates on a timer that turns on in the morning and off in the evening.
  • Actual water temperature may vary depending on weather conditions.
  • Average water temperature ranges from approximately 78°F to 86°F.
  • The pool heater will not heat the pool to hot-tub or bath-like temperatures.
🔥 BBQ Grill
  • Contact us for the BBQ access code.
  • BBQ use is complimentary.
  • Guests must clean the BBQ after use.
  • A $100 cleaning fee applies if the BBQ is left uncleaned.
  • Propane is not provided — guests may swap tanks at nearby stores if needed.
  • Turn off the grill and securely close the gas valve after each use.

Children must be supervised by an adult at all times.

  • Please lock all doors when leaving the home.
  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen items.
  • The owner is not responsible for vehicles being towed.
⚡ Utilities & Maintenance
  • No compensation is provided for utility or internet outages outside the owner's control.
  • We will make reasonable efforts to correct problems within our control.
  • No refunds or compensation are provided for issues resolved within a reasonable timeframe.
🧳 Checkout Checklist
Checkout is before 10:00 AM
✅ Take out the trash.
✅ Load and start the dishwasher.
✅ Leave used towels on the floor — no need to wash them.
✅ If you used the Pack N’ Play, place the pad and cover on top of the washer.
✅ Turn off lights, fans, oven, and stove.
✅ Check carefully for personal belongings.
✅ Lock all doors and windows.
✅ Message us once you have left.
